Verify the collar is assigned to a dog. For more information, visit HOW TO ASSIGN A COLLAR TO MY DOG ON THE SPORTDOG® TEK 1.5.

Verify the dog is not suspended. You can do this by following the steps below:

1. From the main menu on the handheld, select DOG LIST by highlighting it and pressing the Right Arrow Key.
2. Highlight the desired dog listed and press the Right Arrow Key until the Message box reads “DOG NAME RESUME”.
