Ensure that both the handheld remote and the collar are fully charged, and the collar is powered on.
- If fully charged and powered on, the collar receiver should blink green every 5 seconds, and the handheld remote’s indicator light will illuminate green when a button is pressed.

Verify that your handheld remote and collar receiver are paired.
- Press and hold the side button on your remote. Your collar will beep rapidly.
If you do not hear a tone, please pair your remote and collar.
