MY SPORTDOG® FIELDSENTINEL™ COLLAR OR REMOTE WILL NOT CONNECT TO THE APP

If you see “No Products Found” or “Oops! Something Went Wrong” when trying to connect a SportDOG® FieldSentinel™ remote or collar to the SportDOG® app, Bluetooth Pairing Mode has timed out and you should follow the troubleshooting steps below.

Turn the device off and then back on to reset Bluetooth Pairing Mode. You will see a blue flashing LED on the device’s Indicator Light.

Tap “Try Again” in app.

If the device is still not found, force close the SportDOG® app and make sure your phone’s Bluetooth permissions are enabled.

Open the app and attempt to add the device again.

If the issue persists, uninstall the app.

Go to your phone’s Bluetooth settings and remove or forget any SportDOG® devices.

Reinstall the SportDOG® app and attempt to add the remote and collar once more.
