MY SPORTDOG® BRAND CONTAIN+ TRAIN™ WALL TRANSMITTER FOR MY FENCE DOESN’T HAVE POWER
Confirm the power adaptor is securely inserted into the wall transmitter and plugged into the wall outlet.
Make sure the power switch is set to on. If there is still no power to the transmitter continue to step 3.
Unplug the wall transmitter and plug another device into the same outlet.
- If there is power to the new device, continue to step 4.
- If the new device does not have power, your wall outlet is not providing power.
Check and replace the fuses located inside the transmitter. Visit HOW TO CHANGE THE FUSES for assistance. If your fuses are not replaceable or fuses did not fix the issue, please contact Customer Care.
