MY SPORTDOG® YARDTRAINER 300 COLLAR DOESN'T BEEP, VIBRATE, OR STIMULATE
Before troubleshooting, remove the collar from your dog.
Ensure that both the remote transmitter and collar receiver are fully charged, and the collar is powered on.
- A fully charged collar receiver should blink green every 5 seconds, and the remote transmitter’s indicator light will illuminate green when a button is pressed.
- For more information on charging, visit HOW TO CHARGE THE YARDTRAINER 300.
Ensure that both contact points on your collar receiver are hand tight.
Verify that your remote transmitter and collar receiver are paired.
- You can do this by turning your dial to any number, then pressing the button you use to correct your dog. The collar receiver’s indicator light will light up a solid red while the button is being pressed if paired.
- If the collar doesn’t light up, please pair your remote transmitter and collar receiver. You can learn how to do that by referring to HOW TO PAIR THE YARDTRAINER 300.
