MY DOG IS NOT ON THE TRAINING SCREEN ON THE SPORTDOG® TEK 1.5.

Make sure your E-Collar is not disabled. There are 3 different locations to check.

  1. SETTINGS>GENERAL>TRACK AND TRAIN
    1. Select SETTINGS by highlighting and pressing the Right Arrow Key.
    2. Select GENERAL then make sure it says “TRACK AND TRAIN”
    3. If it does not read TRACK AND TRAIN press the Right Arrow Key again.
    4. Press the Left Arrow Key to get back to the main menu.
  2. SETTINGS>MY DOGS>SELECT DOG>E-COLLAR: Y
    1. Select SETTINGS by highlighting and pressing the Right Arrow Key.
    2. Select MY DOGS then select the desired dog’s name.
    3. Highlight E-COLLAR and press the Right Arrow Key until it reads E-COLLAR:Y.
    4. Press the Left Arrow Key to get back to the main menu.
  3. SETTINGS>MY COLLARS>SELECT COLLAR> E: -COLLAR:Y 
    1. Select SETTINGS by highlighting and pressing the Right Arrow Key.
    2. Select MY COLLARS then select the desired collar color.
    3. Ensure ACTIVE reads ACTIVE: Y by highlighting and pressing the Right Arrow Key.
    4. Ensure E-COLLAR reads E-COLLAR: Y. If E-COLLAR is greyed out, make sure SHARE COLLAR reads SHARE COLLAR: N first.

NOTE: If you’ve changed SHARE COLLAR:Y/N at any point you will need to resync your collar. Visit our pairing collar for more information.
