HOW TO SET UP MY SPORTDOG® TEK 2.0 SYSTEM

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

When setting up the TEK 2.0 Handheld for the first time, it is recommended to use the setup wizard for the best experience.

TEK 2.0 - Button Functions

LANGUAGE

First, select the language for your SportDOG Brand® TEK Series 2.0. The default is English and there are 10 additional languages available. Use the Up/Down Arrow Keys to highlight your choice and then select Next to move to the next screen.

SETUP OPTIONS

Select Guided Setup to go to the next screen in the Setup Wizard.
The Setup Wizard has four sections:
1. Initial Device Settings
2. Adding Dogs
3. Adding Collars
4. Final Device Settings
Select Default Settings to go directly to the Home Screen. Your Handheld Device will have one dog (named “Dog 1”) and one collar (named “Collar 1”) paired so you can go directly into the field. You can customize your Handheld Device on the My Dogs, My Collars, Hunters, and Settings Screens. You must calibrate the Compass before beginning a hunt.
Select the “Do Not Show This Again” checkbox to prevent the Setup Wizard from running each time the Handheld Device is turned on.

Select a term to expand the detailed description.

You will now add a collar to be assigned to the dog.
