HOW TO REPLACE YOUR COLLAR'S RUBBER CHARGE PORT COVER

Your collar is still 100% waterproof without the rubber covers. However, they do help keep mud and debris from getting in your charge port and prevent damage to the charging system.

Using a ³/₃₂ hex key, remove both screws from the back of the collar.

Once all screws are removed, pull the front and the back of the collar apart at the seam.

Locate the rubber cover, and remove any pieces left. Even if your cover is missing, you should still check for any remnants.

Slide the T-shaped tab of the new rubber cover into the slot on the collar.

Put the back and front of the collar back together. Reinsert the screws and hand-tighten them with the provided hex key.


Be careful not to fasten the screws too tight as this can damage the collar.
